A fresh concept in fashion - customization

eShakti believes that all women have the right to wear affordable fashion that is made for them and makes them look their absolute best.
Our Story: eShakti began as a small website offering basic cottons and modestly embellished pieces. As we grew, we were tasked with providing design and fit solutions to meet our customers' needs. Today, we are an international fashion design company making custom clothing. Offering both style and fit customization for women size 0 through 36 is the heart of our business.
How do we stack up?
To simply put it, custom clothing does not have to be expensive. By keeping up with technology as it is advancing, we are able to provide customization at a modest cost. Our design teams are based in New York, California and India which gives us a diverse fashion perspective. Our clothing is made in India in our own factories and in local factories that produce some of the leading brands at retail. We do not stock any sizes. Since each style - whether standard sized, custom styled or custom sized - is cut to order, we do not have to warehouse our merchandise. Therefore, you will notice that every style requires your height measurement, whether you are customizing or not. This ensures you a "truer" fit. We ship directly to you. That helps us to keep our fashion affordable.
Our Customer Service teams are based on both the east and west coasts in the US. You can reach us between 8 AM and 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday, by calling our toll free number 1-855-374-2584 (1-855-ESH-AKTI). If our lines are busy, kindly leave a message and we will return your call within a day.
Your opinion matters to us
When a customer writes to tell us that she is unhappy, we take it seriously, and we set the processes in motion so that it does not happen again. Some things can be fixed quickly while others require more time. You can be certain that we address every concern.
There have been concerns from some of our customers after the disaster that occurred in Bangladesh recently in an apparel-making unit. Though such concerns have come from one in a thousand customers, we feel we owe it to them to give a complete response, and we are doing so here:

a. Bangladesh is only a neighbor of India and not in any way a part of India - it is a sovereign country in its own right.

b. India has very strict labor laws in conformity with internationally-accepted labor law requirements, that are enforced equally strictly, and this is illustrated by the fact that even though India has been in the business of garment manufacturing for export for several decades, there has been no unfortunate occurrence of the kind that was in the news recently.

c. eShakti makes its customized garments in the same kind of manufacturing environment that bulk manufacturers do for exports. No one who is not eligible to be employed under the Indian Government's minimum age policy is ever employed by our manufacturing units. The Indian government has been progressive, and with India's increasing affluence, they have been raising the minimum wage stipulation over time. And wages paid by eShakti are typically 50% to 100% over the Indian government's minimum stipulation.

d. The people who work to make eShakti's clothes are typically the main wage-earners of their families, and provide for them, including education for their children. eShakti is proud that hundreds of families enjoy the advantages of such employment provided by it. Indeed, it is a part of our organizational ethos and goal to contribute to the welfare of society in India as a responsible corporate citizen and employer, just as we contribute in the USA by creating new jobs as we grow.

e. eShakti's covenant with its customers is this: we will never allow anything that is opposed to human dignity or the laws of the land where we operate.

KIPLING

MONKEYS MAKE THE WORLD GO 'ROUND

The Kipling story is one of great passion, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. In 1987, three friends in the fashion capital of the world (Antwerp rules!) decided that women needed high-quality bags that were iconic and chic and feminine and fashionable and… not boring! So they created a line of casual and colourful bags that were affordable, sporty and functional, packed with attitude but never serious or stuffy or stuck-up. In a word… FUN!
They named the brand Kipling, after the well-known and well-travelled author Rudyard Kipling. Soon, their bags were part of the everyday adventures of women around the world. Today, Kipling mascot monkeys, by far the world’s best-travelled primates, dangle from a full range of handbags, luggage and carry-alls. Trendy yet practical, upscale yet reasonably priced, durable yet daring, Kipling bags are the must-have accessories of over 35 million women in more than 60 countries. That’s some SERIOUS monkey business!
Since 2006, Kipling has been transformed into a cutting-edge brand with ultra fashion-forward collections. On top, Kipling has launched special capsule collections with exciting young designers and labels like Cathy Pill (Belgium), El Delgado Buil (Spain), Gloria Coelho (Brazil), Girls from Omsk (Belgium) and Peter Pilotto (UK). The goal? To take over the fashion world! Well, maybe not.. But, definitely, to stamp out BORING forever!

KIPLING INDEX

Kipling bags play a part in the lives of over 35 million women in over 60 countries around the world. Every year, 6 million Kipling bags are purchased from Kipling’s 215 stores and 450 corners and shop-in-shops, or from 4,000 multi-brand stores. Hold on…23 Kipling bags a minute? That is a SERIOUS barrel of monkeys!

Kipling is part of VF Corporation, a global leader in branded apparel and accessories, including jeans, outdoor, sportswear and contemporary brands. Principal brands include Wrangler, Lee, The North Face, Vans, Reef, Eastpak, Jansport, Napapijri, Nautica, John Varvatos, 7 For All Mankind and Kipling

ModWatches

Browse our huge selection of custom watches at Modify Watches

Modify Watches are super-dope, interchangeable watches. You can mix-and-match faces and straps to create the "Mod" that allows you to make your statement, whether (quiet) or LOUD.
We have a thriving Facebook community. Our ModiFamily does not just "like" us; they engage and tell us what designs to produce next. We won't stop creating Modify Watches until you complete your collection. Even if that means you really want a green/purple/orange watch. Which might be the only objectively ugly color combination.

How We Started

Two of us began talking about watches waaaay back in April, 2010 and finally launched 3 months later after an incredibly difficult and daring journey. We were The Swap Watch. Now a big team expansion and 1,000 watch names later, we're known as Modify Industries, Inc. But you can call us Modify Watches. Or Modify. Or Shirley!
We have two core principles that impact everything we do:
  1. We do not want your purchase to be another transaction, we want it to be the start of a relationship. We expect you to tell us what to do better, and you should expect an awesome product with even better service
  2. We're pretty good at watch design; but we are even better at listening. Fans told us to make the watch water-resistant and to add a second size - so we did. If you check out our Facebook page you’ll quickly learn that they’ve told us every design to create as well.
